You hereby authorize Cutting Edge Properties LLC to use the credit card given either by phone, electronic means or self-entered and is charged or modified from time to time by you every month (30 days), or Annually or any other interval as agreed to at the acceptance of membership subscription and as specified by the membership subscription level chosen from the date of original purchase or modified, until such time as the purchaser cancels the subscription. Cutting Edge Properties LLC reserves the right to refuse membership to anyone for any reason and may terminate the use and access of the purchasers account immediately if insufficient funds are available on any renewal date and/or at any time if the purchaser is found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions, determined solely by Cutting Edge Properties LLC as set forth in this agreement without any full or pro-rated refund.
All sales are final. Subscription memberships automatically renew until canceled by you on the website. You must cancel your subscription membership prior to the end of the period to avoid being charged for the next period. No refunds will be provided for canceled memberships prior to the end of your selected subscription membership period. Refunds are only offered, when requested by the subscriber, on title report orders from the website when they are not delivered via email by 8:30 AM CST the date of the foreclosure auction.
